Abstracts submission


The abstract submission is closed. 

 

Abstract Format Guidelines:

  • Title: Maximum 150 characters. Please spell out all words and avoid abbreviations. The title should not indicate country of origin unless relevant to the topic.
  • Authors: Provide full names and surnames for all authors without degrees or titles. The presenting author’s name will appear in bold.
  • Affiliations: Include University/Company, Department, and Country for each author.
  • Abstract Text: Maximum 400 words (excluding title). All abstracts must be in English.
  • Figures/Tables: You may include ONE figure/table/image per abstract in JPEG or PNG format. If you have multiple figures, please combine them into a single image.

If selected for a presentation, please note that oral presentations will be allocated 20 minutes (15-minute presentation with 5-minute Q&A), while commercial session presentations will be 15 minutes (10-minute presentation with 5-minute Q&A).

Posters should conform to A0 format (84 cm × 119 cm)

Please ensure at least one author registers for the conference, as only abstracts from registered participants will be published.
